Conquer Change Coach, Mastermind Guide

Why I Guide
Nothing compares to talking to other business owners who know what you’re going through. My joy is walking alongside each of them as we all do the hard work of letting go so we can move into our next adventures.
I value WORK! I believe work brings joy to people when they can make a difference in the world. If business owners don’t plan and prepare, the odds are that their business will close its doors and every employee will be without work. Equally important, is helping the owner find an equivalent work opportunity. Not a job, not a business to run, but a way to make a difference in the world.
My Journey
What It's Like to Work With Me
My clients find me insightful and strategic. I notice things they don’t and call them into greater opportunities. I speak the truth about some of our personal beliefs, helping owners and their next generation leaders understand that different values don’t mean one is right and the other is wrong.
As a coach, my greatest value is helping people see what they’re missing. This could be their personal strengths or limitations. It includes encouraging them to step into the next level of discomfort. Many conversations focus on bringing out the best in those we lead.
About My Mastermind
We have two distinct groups:
- Baby boomers from the Midwest who founded their business 20 or 30 years ago. They embody traditional Midwest boomer-generation values, employ 10–50 people, and generate $1–15M in annual revenue by serving customers.
- Next generation leaders, aged 35–50, with at least five years of experience in the business. These are the implementers of what we want to apply
Group size: 5–10 members
Meeting frequency: Twice a month
Status: Open for new members
Stories From the Trail
One of our now-generation members had no idea how he could move into the next generation since he was the only one who knew how to do specific things. Three years later, his son has stepped into a leadership role, taking on very challenging projects, and letting the owner “practice retirement” for months at a time as a snowbird.
“At the beginning of the year, I saw my business as my baby. Now at the end of the year, I see my business as an asset.”
