Offer your expertise as a trusted advisor. Speak in sessions. Share your tools and insights with our owner community. The benefit for you is that Outpost members often reach out afterwards to talk to you about their exact problems.
Our advisor guests are experts in a variety of disciplines, including, but not limited to, business valuation, estate planning, operations consulting, and human resources. The most important thing is that you are able to offer something unique and special that will help our business owners build value in their businesses.
Start Your Own Mastermind
If you’re passionate about guiding owners on their journey and want to lead your own group, we’ll help you launch it – our structure, resources, and support delivered with your voice. The benefit for you is to give your clients a better solution (access to the minds of other business owners) while you scale your impact. Guides get the largest portion of the revenue collected from mastermind members.

What’s the vetting process like for Guest Experts?
Everything starts with a conversation. We need to make sure your solutions address the problems of our members. Then we can mutually decide if this is the best way for you to invest in the Outpost.
If so, then we’ll ask you to complete an application that helps us market your event to the Outpost community. We’ll also work with you to design a conversation around the problems our members are facing.
What’s the onboarding process like for Mastermind Guides?
Everything starts with a conversation. It’s important to understand what all goes into running a mastermind to give your clients the very best experience.
If it seems like a good fit, then we’ll ask you to participate in joining our Mastermind Guides Only group and begin attending our regular meetings. As soon as you’re ready, we’ll help you launch your Mastermind in as little as seven weeks.
How often would I be asked to contribute?
Our Guest Experts usually appear only once. We record the conversation and store it in our Outpost resources. When members or Guides watch, they may ask to have you return for the same conversation (with new members and new questions), or perhaps share your expertise on a slightly different but related problem. In those cases, we’ll contact you for additional sessions.
For those who serve as Mastermind Guides, we suggest facilitating two meetings per month based on our experience of engaging clients. However, you are welcome to set the cadence that works best for you and your clients. You will invest time in choosing your topics from our library of ready-to-go resources, or in creating your own. All Guides are encouraged to connect with their mastermind members between live conversations, in 1-2-1 meetings, or in the discussion area of the Outpost Platform.
What if I want to participate, but not present?
For those who want to serve as a Guest Expert, we package and present your expertise in a live conversation. We can design an interview format that allows you to simply answer questions. Then the conversation flows from your insights and our pre-planned discussion questions.
